Re:Source Roadmap — Terms of Use

Applies to: Users and listing submitters in the United States and Canada
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Re:Source Roadmap directory (the “Directory”) operated by RE:SOURCE ROADMAP LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a listing, creating an account, or using the Directory in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Who May Use the Directory
Re:Source Roadmap is open to users in the United States and Canada. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or submit a listing. By using the Directory, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Supported Listing Types
Re:Source Roadmap accepts submissions for the following categories. Listings that do not fit these categories may be declined or removed at our discretion.
Events
• Estate sales and liquidation events
• Garage sales, yard sales, moving sales, and rummage sales
• Flea markets and swap meets
• Antique shows, vintage markets, and collector fairs
• Auctions (in-person and online/simulcast)
• Pop-up shops and outdoor markets
• Community sales and multi-family sales
Shops — Physical Locations
• Antique stores, antique malls, and peddler malls
• Thrift stores and charity shops
• Vintage boutiques and consignment stores
• Resale shops and secondhand retailers
Shops — Digital / Online
• Online storefronts and e-commerce shops (e.g., Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Depop, Poshmark)
• Social media resellers (e.g., Instagram, Facebook Marketplace)
• Individual online sellers and collectors
Services
• Estate sale companies and liquidators
• Appraisers and authenticators
• Movers, haulers, and storage providers
• Restorers, upholsterers, and repair services
• Photographers and staging professionals
3. Content Standards and User Responsibility
All users must adhere to the following standards when submitting content (listings, text, images, links, etc.):
A. Prohibited Content
You agree not to post, upload, or submit any content that is, or links to content that is: • Unlawful, fraudulent, or promoting illegal activity
• Hateful, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory against any individual or group • Obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or pornographic
• Defamatory, false, or intentionally misleading
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., uploading photos you do not own or have rights to use)
• Spam, duplicate listings, or otherwise submitted in bad faith
B. Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information in your listing, including event dates, times, physical or online locations, prices, and descriptions. Re:Source Roadmap is not responsible for errors or outdated information in user-submitted listings.
4. Intellectual Property and Content License
• Your Content: You retain ownership of the text, photos, and information you submit. By submitting content to Re:Source Roadmap, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Directory, including on our social media channels and marketing materials.
• Our Content: The Re:Source Roadmap name, logo, branding, design, and underlying code are the property of RE:SOURCE ROADMAP LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.
5. Listing Tiers and Payments
Re:Source Roadmap offers both free and paid (premium) listing tiers. Paid listings are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By purchasing a paid listing tier, you agree to the applicable pricing and subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.
• All fees are stated in USD. Canadian users are responsible for any applicable currency conversion fees charged by their financial institution.
• Refund and cancellation terms for paid tiers are presented at the time of purchase and govern your subscription.
• Re:Source Roadmap reserves the right to modify listing tier pricing and features at any time, with notice provided to active paid subscribers.
6. Moderation and Right to Remove
Re:Source Roadmap is a curated directory. We reserve the right to manage content to maintain quality, relevance, and alignment with our brand mission.
• We may review, deny, edit, or remove any listing or user-submitted content at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• Grounds for removal include, but are not limited to: content that violates these Terms, spam or duplicate listings, suspected inaccurate information, content inconsistent with the Re:Source Roadmap brand mission, or content that is no longer relevant (e.g., a past event that has not been updated).
• Repeated violations of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of a user’s ability to submit listings.
Paid listing fees are not automatically refunded if a listing is removed for a Terms violation.
7. Disclaimer of Liability
Re:Source Roadmap is a directory service. We are not the organizer, host, operator, or seller for any event or business listed in the Directory.
• Accuracy Disclaimer: Re:Source Roadmap is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any third-party listing. Users should verify all essential details — including dates, times, locations, admission requirements, and cancellation policies — directly with the listing organizer or business before attending or traveling.
• No Liability for Events or Transactions: RE:SOURCE ROADMAP LLC is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or dispute arising from your attendance at, participation in, purchase from, or reliance on any event, sale, or shop listed in the Directory — whether the listing is for a physical or online event or shop.
• Third-Party Interactions: Any transaction or interaction you have with a listed business, event organizer, service provider, or fellow user is solely between you and that third party. We are not a party to those transactions.
8. Third-Party Links
Listings in the Directory may contain links to third-party websites (shop websites, social media profiles, ticketing platforms, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external websites.
9. Users in Canada
Re:Source Roadmap serves users across both the United States and Canada. Canadian users agree to these Terms of Use in addition to any applicable Canadian consumer protection or e-commerce laws. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable Canadian law.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Directory after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
