This Privacy Policy describes how RE:SOURCE ROADMAP LLC, operating the Re:SourceRoadmap directory (“Re:Source Roadmap,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you use our website, mobile experience, and directory services at resourceroadmap.com. • Communications: Any information you provide when contacting us for support, responding to surveys, or subscribing to our newsletter.

When you use Re:Source Roadmap, certain information is collected automatically:

3. Types of Listings and Public Data

1. Re:Source Roadmap is a public-facing directory. The following listing types are supported, and
   all submitted listing data is intentionally made publicly visible to users of the directory:

Events

• Estate sales and liquidation events
• Garage sales, yard sales, moving sales, and rummage sales
• Flea markets and swap meets
• Antique shows, vintage markets, and collector fairs
• Auctions (in-person and online)
• Pop-up shops and outdoor markets
• Community and multi-family sales

Shops — Physical Locations

• Antique stores, antique malls, and peddler malls
• Thrift stores and charity shops
• Vintage boutiques and consignment stores
• Resale shops and secondhand retailers

Shops — Digital / Online

• Online storefronts and e-commerce shops (e.g., Etsy, eBay, Shopify, Depop, Poshmark)
• Social media resellers (e.g., Instagram, Facebook Marketplace)
• Individual online sellers and collectors

Services

• Estate sale companies and liquidators
• Appraisers and authenticators

  Please do not include private, sensitive, or non-public information in your listing submission, as
  listing data will be publicly accessible.

4. How We Share Your Information

• Publicly Shared Listing Data: All listing content is made publicly available on the
  directory to all visitors, including through search engines.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the directory, including website hosting, analytics, and email delivery providers.
• Payment Processors: Payment data for premium listings is handled by Stripe (see Section 5).
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by applicable law in the United States or Canada, or in response to valid legal requests by public authorities. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

When you purchase a paid listing tier, payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant third-party payment provider.

• We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
• All payment information (card numbers, CVV codes) is handled directly and securely byStripe.
• Your interaction with Stripe is governed by Stripe’s own Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the directory services. You may request deletion of your account or listing data at any time by contacting us (see Section 9).

7. External Links

The directory contains links to third-party websites (such as estate sale company websites, shop websites, and social media profiles). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Residents of Canada

If you are accessing Re:Source Roadmap from Canada, you may have additional rights under applicable Canadian privacy legislation, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
