Re:Source Roadmap Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Re:Source Roadmap directory (the "Directory") operated by RE:SOURCE ROADMAP LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a listing, creating an account, or using the Directory, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Content Standards and User Responsibility

To ensure a safe and valuable community resource, all users must adhere to the following standards when submitting content (listings, text, images, etc.):

• Prohibited Content: You agree that you will not post, upload, or submit any content that is, or links to content that is:
  • Unlawful, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity.
  • Hateful, harassing, abusive, or discriminatory against any individual or group.
  • Obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit, or pornographic in nature.
  • Defamatory, false, or misleading.
  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., uploading photos you do not own).
• Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in your listing, including but not limited to event dates, times, locations, and descriptions.

2. Intellectual Property and Content License

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the text, photos, and information you submit. However, by submitting content to Re:Source Roadmap, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Directory (including on our social media channels).
• Our Content: The design, code, logos, and "Re:Source Roadmap" branding are the property of RE:SOURCE ROADMAP LLC and may not be used without our express written permission.

3. Rights to Moderation

Re:Source Roadmap reserves the right to manage the content of the Directory to maintain quality, focus, and brand integrity.

• Right to Review and Remove: We reserve the sole and absolute right to review, deny, edit, or remove any listing or user-submitted content for any reason, at any time, without prior notice.
• Reasons for Denial/Removal: This includes, but is not limited to, content that violates these Terms, is inconsistent with the Re:Source Roadmap brand mission, is suspected to be spam, or is found to contain inaccurate information.
• Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user’s ability to submit listings if they repeatedly violate these Terms of Use.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

You understand and agree that Re:Source Roadmap is a directory service. We are not the organizer, host, or seller for the events and businesses listed.

• Information Disclaimer: Re:Source Roadmap is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided in a third-party listing. Users must verify all essential details (dates, locations, etc.) with the official organizer or shop before traveling.
• No Liability for Events: You acknowledge and agree that RE:SOURCE ROADMAP LLC is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, expense, or dispute arising from your attendance at, participation in, or reliance on any event, sale, or shop listed in the Directory.
• Third-Party Interactions: Any transaction or interaction you have with a listed business, event organizer, or fellow user is solely between you and that third party. We are not a party to those transactions.

5. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Your continued use of the Directory after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
